Blog Post: Stir-Fried vegetables

Ingredients of the
1 spray (s) of Cooking spray cans
2 tsp sesame oil
2 medium garlic clove, minced meat (s)
2 cup (s) sugar snap Peas or pea pods, cut
2 cup (s) of the carrot (s), cut, sliced penetrated diagonally
2 medium chopped scallion (s)
1 1/2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp chopped fresh Cilantro,, (optional)

Instructions

Wok or a large nonstick skillet Cooking spray cans and set over medium-high to produce state-of-the-art heat; add oil and Add garlic and heat stir-fry 1 minute snap Peas. Add sugar and scallions, carrots; stir-Fry 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add soy sauce and cook until the vegetables are crisp-tender, about 1 minute. remove the heat and stir Coriander.

Produces approximately 1/2 cup per serving
