New Weight Loss Success Story

Read Carla's motivational weight loss story! She lost 115 pounds in only 17 months of hard work and dedication to fitness plan! Carla was tired of being fat. He was then only one day, that the only reason why he was fat was because he ate too much the wrong foods and did not move his hiney. He does not want their children to grow and continue to "tradition" of obesity, once they are married. It seemed to happen to all his family. Carla is now much more confident. He is not ashamed to be in public. He even coach his girl's softball teams now! He has a new addiction ... clothes shopping!

What made you decide to lose weight?
I was tired of being fat. I was then one day, that the only reason I was fat because I ate too much the wrong foods and did not move my hiney. I do not want my kids to grow and continue the "tradition" of obesity, once you're married. It seemed to happen all the family.
What were the main changes made to lose weight?
I first started recording my food and found a workout program in order.
What was most challenging about losing weight?
Since the south, and you all know nutrition cooking!
How long does it take to start seeing results?
I began to see the results of the first few weeks.
How long does it take you to reach your current weight?
17 months
How long will you continue to weight loss and how you do it?
I'm still in my loss of 17 months.
How has your life changed now that you've lost weight?
I am much more confident. I am ashamed to be seen in public. I do not even coach girl softball teams now! I have a new addiction ... clothes shopping!

Carla's Weight Loss Eating Plan!

Breakfast:
Oatmeal mixed with 1 percent cottage cheese apple

Lunch:
Lean turkey sandwich w / cheese, 2 per cent of whole wheat bread w / leaf lettuce, tomato, cucumber, spinach and grapes

Dinner:
Lean beef, potato bread, wheat roll, steamed broccoli

Snacks or Mini Meals:
Fruit Smoothie made from protein powder, skim milk and frozen fruit
