When is dissatisfied with the weight?
In 2000 I got married and I was very happy. My husband and I ate through every new experience and the beginning of 2002 we found our health is in danger.
What made you decide to lose weight?
Having always been one diet or another, my entire adolescence and adulthood, I decided this time I did was permanent. I was borderline diabetic, my joints ached, my asthma was out of control and I was miserable.
What were the main changes made to lose weight?
Before choosing a weight loss surgery, I realized that it was not food, was the problem - it was my attitude to it. Why did I eat. From about 6 months before surgery, I cut out all junk food and started an exercise program of walking every day. I've also noticed that I had to find other markets to celebrate or deal with stress. My husband and I have done together better food choices and meals are also planned.
What was most challenging about losing weight?
After weight loss surgery pounds seemed to melt, however, I knew that will not last forever and maintain the mine to lose I would have to seriously start training regimen. Working out at least 1 hour daily. In the beginning it was just a treadmill, then walk the hills in the neighborhood. I soon became an elliptical glider, and after 2 years I was finally able to take a few hours in the gym. I am now bonafide gym rat! I also know that when my vitamins every day and drink at least 96 ml of water a day is imperative.
How long does it take to start seeing results?
I started seeing results after about 3 months. I think it took a lot longer to understand the concept of a new smaller me. I still have some image processing problems today, always look at myself as bigger than I really am.
How long does it take you to reach your current weight?
Lasted 2 years and 6 months to get the weight I am at the moment.
How long will you continue to weight loss and how you do it?
I've been maintaining this weight for over a year. I'm at work every day. I constantly change my routine so I do not get bored. I still love taking classes at the gym - Spin, Cardio Kickboxing, Yoga, and Body Pump - but I'm also a bike ride, jump rope, and most of my stretching at home.
How has your life changed now that you've lost weight?
I've now got to live my life. I have energy that I never knew existed. I would like to set goals and see how long it takes to achieve them exercising.

They have also helped me to stay in the background, providing variety in food choices that I had not thought of his own, and to use alternatives. Breakfast:
1 / 2 cup oatmeal 1 banana

Lunch:
3 oz tuna 1 / 2 cup spinach, 1 medium fruit (apple, orange)

Dinner:
4 oz of meat (chicken, fish, either fried, broiled or grilled) 1 cup tomato and cucumber slices
Snacks or Mini Meals:
20 pretzels or 2 small boxes of raisins, or celery with fat-free Ranch Dressing

Weight Training:
1 hour yoga twice a week for 1 hour Body Pump (weight lifting class) 1 once a week for 1 hour jump rope or running stairs in high school football stadium bleachers
